O pacote de fotografias de palco + vídeo de apresentação + estúdio consiste em imagens captadas durante a participação do atleta em palco, seja na apresentação pessoal, comparativos, rotina e premiação, assim como de um pequeno vídeo da apresentação do atleta na sua categoria e também todas as fotografias que tirar num dos estúdio à sua escolha (fundo preto ou fundo branco em contraluz) com uma duração média de 5 minutos, para uso pessoal nos formatos JPEG e MPG4.

Este pacote refere-se apenas a uma categoria por atleta, no caso do atleta participar em mais do que uma e não tenhamos informação de qual das categorias que participou quer este registo, será sempre enviado o registo da primeira categoria em que participou. INCLUI SOMENTE UMA SESSÃO FOTOGRÁFICA E UM VIDEO DE APRESENTAÇÃO POR ATLETA. PODE ADQUIRIR EXTRA CATEGORIA FOTOS PALCO.

Nenhum uso comercial é permitido sem a permissão do fotógrafo. Você será legalmente responsável se elas forem usadas para fins comerciais sem a permissão do fotógrafo.

Você receberá em primeiro lugar suas imagens em formato jpeg digital via Wetransfer ou via semelhante. Aguarde até 14 dias úteis para as fotos. Posteriormente, em separado, irá receber o vídeo, pois demora mais tempo a produzi-lo. Você precisará de um endereço de e-mail, computador e velocidade WiFi adequada para fazer o download das suas imagens. Terá 7 dias para baixar / fazer backup de suas imagens antes que elas sejam excluídas do servidor. Se você exigir que as imagens sejam enviadas novamente após os 7 dias terem expirado, você terá uma taxa de administração de 20 €.

O e-mail / link pode ser enviado para a pasta de spam / lixo eletrônico. Por isso, verifique essas pastas antes de enviar e-mails a afirmar que não recebeu as imagens. Não emitimos reembolsos por falta de comparência, você está pagando pelo nosso serviço e usar a nossa propriedade intelectual, portanto, nenhum reembolso será emitido em nenhuma circunstância.

The package of stage photographs + studio + presentation video consists of STAGE PHOTOGRAPHS with all the images captured during the athlete's participation on stage, whether in the personal presentation, comparatives, routine (if any) and awards. Photographs are for personal use only and will be delivered in JPEG format. The STUDIO comprises all the photographs that you take in the studio mounted on the backstage (background) with an average duration of 5 minutes, for personal use in JPEG formats. The PRESENTATION VIDEO comprises a short video captured during the athlete's presentation when he first enters the stage, in MPG4 formats.

This package only refers to one category per athlete, in case the athlete participates in more than one category, the registration of the first category in which he participated will always be sent. If you want another specific category and not the first one, you will have to order it only after the test. EXTRA CATEGORY CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED FOR STAGE PHOTOS, as the athlete only makes a single individual presentation. ONLY ONE STUDIO SESSION.

No commercial use is allowed without the permission of Proimageteam. You will be legally responsible if they are used for commercial purposes without purchasing the commercial rights.

You will receive first and in different emails your images in digital jpeg format via Wetransfer or similar. Please allow up to 14 business days for photos. Later, separately, you will receive the video, as it takes longer to produce it. You will need an email address, computer and adequate WiFi speed to download your images. In the email you will receive the deadline you have to download / backup your video before it is deleted from the server. If you want the stage, studio or video photos to be re-uploaded after the time has expired, you will incur an administration fee of €20 for each service. After 2 months of the test, all material will be deleted and cannot be purchased.

The email/link may be sent to the spam/junk folder. So please check these folders before sending emails stating that you have not received the images. We do not issue refunds for no-shows, you are paying for our service and using our intellectual property, therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
